2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on vlp555:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. vlp555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify vlp555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to a verified payment method following successful KYC completion.
4.1 Verification Requirement. vlp555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, and will require such verification prior to processing withdrawal requests above minimum thresholds. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4.2 Verification Timeline. Players are required to submit requested KYC documents within 7 calendar days of receiving a verification request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
4.3 Verification Outcome. vlp555 reserves the right to decline registration or close an Account if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, inconsistent with Account information, or otherwise unsatisfactory. In such cases, Real Money Funds (less any Bonus Funds credited) may be returned to the deposit source at vlp555's discretion.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vlp555 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account tier. Current limits are displayed at the deposit screen.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. vlp555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network outages.
5.4 Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from vlp555 operating funds. In the event of any insolvency proceeding, Player Real Money Funds are ring-fenced and prioritized for return to Players.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own and that are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. vlp555 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same Account, or a verified alternative method approved by support.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, though larger withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). Standard bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically completed within 15 minutes to 3 hours of approval. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally processed within 15 minutes.
6.4 Pending Wager Restriction. Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement (Bonus Funds that have not yet been fully rolled over) are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable rollover has been completed.
6.5 Withdrawal Reversal. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be reversed by the Player after it has entered processing status. If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details provided by the Player, the funds will be returned to the Player's vlp555 Account balance.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players as defined in each promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players who have made at least one qualifying deposit and have not previously claimed the same promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms (for example, a 5x rollover on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 500.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Bets placed on certain game types or at certain odds may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward the Wagering Requirement.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used, and their associated Wagering Requirements that are not completed, within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy deemed by vlp555 to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
7.5 vlp555 Discretion. vlp555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to refuse bonus eligibility to any Player at its sole discretion.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on vlp555 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. vlp555 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error may have affected the displayed odds.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet vary by market, event, and Account tier. These limits are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation. vlp555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts without notice.
8.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including football (*bandar bola*, local-style fixed-odds football betting), mix parlay (accumulator) markets, and Asian Handicap markets — are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, official match results as declared by PSSI are used as the settlement reference.
8.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, including slot gacor-category video slots and live dealer tables, are governed by their respective game rules provided by the game studio. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures as applicable. In the event of a discrepancy between the Platform display and the game server result, the game server result prevails.
8.5 Lottery — Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games are settled according to official draw results from the relevant lottery operator. vlp555 accepts no liability for disputes arising from Player misunderstanding of draw formats (2D, 3D, 4D) or prize tables.
8.6 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed without rescheduling within 24 hours, or if an obvious pricing error occurred. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the vlp555 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of vlp555 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Limited License. vlp555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from vlp555.
11.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vlp555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vlp555's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 Excluded Losses. vlp555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Force Majeure. vlp555 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party payment system failures.
vlp555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations.
13.1 Right to Amend. vlp555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address a security issue.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vlp555 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through vlp555's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
